Hosted by Caitlin Rich and Clarinda Cerejo\u2014both EUPATI Fellows and patients living with rare diseases\u2014the podcast brings together a range of healthcare stakeholders to examine how healthcare can become more inclusive, collaborative, and effective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past two years, the award-winning podcast has explored patient engagement through conversations with internationally recognised patients, professionals, and changemakers across the healthcare ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For our special upcoming series, we are focusing on a critical and highly requested theme<em>: Underserved Communities in Healthcare<\/em>.
